There will occassionally be situations where the fabric is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued without out our knowledge. We will endeavour to inform you of this as soon as we are notified by the fabric supplier. In these situations you will have the opportunity to cancel your order and a receive a full refund. Alternatively you can wait for the fabric to come back into stock if not discontinued or select another fabric.
We do our best to represent the colour and texture of our fabrics as closely as possible using modern digital imaging. However we cannot guarantee that there will be no differences between the website image and the actual fabric. Therefore we recommend that you order a fabric sample first. Reasons for the colour being displayed differently include factors such as colour monitors and graphics cards.
Cancellation of made-to-measure (or bespoke orders )orders will result in a 100% refund if work has not started (or fabric has not been dispatched from the supplier to our workroom) on the made to order curtains or other bespoke products. After that only the value of the order less costs incurred up to that point can be refunded. Made-To-Measure products are by their nature unlikely to be able to be resold and therefore we are unable to give a full refund.
Cancellation of fabric only (or cut length fabric) orders where the fabric supplier has A) not dispatched B) not cut the fabric ready for shipping or C) the fabric is not print to order will result in a 100% refund. In other situations the fabric order can be cancelled depending on the fabric supplier. In most situations where the fabric order can be returned there will be a restocking / administration fee.
All our products are either made-to-order or cut-to-order and as a result not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. Where incorrect measurements were provided we cannot give refunds. In all cases we will try to work with you to try and achieve a satisfactory solution to the problem.
In situations where goods fail to match the specification provided by yourselves you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. On return of the goods we will inspect them. Where faulty or incorrect we will repair or alter the goods or if this is not possible a full refund will be given. If you have supplied the fabric then we will refund the cost of the fabric. We reserve the right to ask for proof of the price of the fabric.
Refunds will not be processed until after goods are returned and have been inspected.
The cost of returning goods will be reimbursed once it has been agreed that the fault lies with us.
Delivery of made-to-measure orders will be within 2-4 weeks unless previously agreed. Delivery will be by courier, you will be notified by email beforehand.
Delivery of cut length fabric in the United Kingdom is typically within 5 working days. If it is a print to order fabric it will take longer but we will endeavour to let you know.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom will take longer. Estimates of delivery times can be found on our Shipping Charges page. Due to the United Kingdom leaving from EU at the beginning of 2021 delivery times have become uncertain. Thus we cannot guarantee that delivery times will always be within the time scales predicted.
Please note in certain situations we reserve the right to apply an additional surcharge on cut length fabric orders that being delivered to the more remote parts of the United Kingdom. We will contact customers prior to shipment. Customers will be able to cancel their order should they choose.
Goods being returned must be packaged in an appropriate way; we are not responsible for damage to goods due to poor packaging.
